Rhythm/Balance: Easier to lose than to keep

<A few of these aids can help you. But they are exemplars of the path realize your own>

When my mind gets excited about this one thought or possibility, and this then gives birth to another thought, and another. Or when my activity is rapidly increasing, even accelerating. as I appear to be willing or following one thing into existence, then another and another. This level of outward activity is all quite intoxicating.
And in both case I am out of balance and am losing my vibrational connection with the one source.
So what can I do. I practice the slow slow rhythmic chant of ‘Namu Amida Butsu‘. Often I accompany this chanting with the slow graceful walking that is to me is Quan Lin like. It is best for me to do this practice too soon than too late.
All this needs ‘Constant Vigilance‘ to be ready to start this balancing practice before my rhythm is lost, for it is much more difficult to get back than to maintain. What is this ‘Being in Rhythm‘. It is not of this world. It is attuning to vibrational energy that is the Message of God received in me as me.
